REQUIREMENTS
• Audio demo with the song idea (for example: piano and vocals)
• Musical genre and sound preferences
• Links of reference tracks (max 3)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
⚠ You can only use the Beat in the preparation of one (1) New Song as a Derivative Work by recording your lyrics above the Beat
⚠ You are not allowed to resell the Beat or transfer your rights of ownership to third parties
⚠ In the event you wishes to register the New Song with your Performing Rights Organization (“PRO”) we will have to appear as co-writers, so you have to share publishing with us at 50%
⚠ All our Beats have already been tagged for Content Identification as a pre-emptive measure to protect all interested parties in the New Song, so registering the Beat and/or New Song with any content identification system is expressly prohibited
