Mastering for Dolby Atmos for $100

What is Dolby Atmos (DA) mastering?

It's not traditional stereo, it’s more! There’s no "master stereo buss” but rather the music is all around you in a 3D space. It's a truly wonderful auditory experience.

Mastering for musicians & studios mixing DA in binaural on headphones who don't have access to the minimum 7.1.4 DA monitoring: 7 speakers at ear level, a sub & 4 overhead.

I master your music in my 9.1.4 mastering room ensuring:
1) Just like stereo, the DA mix is sonically & technically correct, with EQ & dynamic corrections & enhancements.
2) The music works in the 3D DA space, no phasing, masking, clashing or combing & the sound stage is strong, honouring the stereo mix.
3) It’s loudness compliant
4) The master ADM file correctly folds down to spatial/binaural, so your fans get the quality on their headphones when streaming
5) Album/EP sequencing and compiling.

There are two ways to supply music for DA mastering:
a) stems which I open up into a DA mix or
b) the mixed ADM File

It's imperative to also supply the stereo mix for reference.

Included:
1) a “mastered for Dolby Atmos” ADM WAV file ready to upload to streaming services
2) A binaural mix for review.

The samples give an insight into what I do for your music in Dolby Atmos, with specific guidelines given by the artist.

i) Song 1: the artist wanted it opened up to an immersive mix close to the stereo version
ii) Song 2: the artist wanted it feeling like it was performed in a "big ol' dance hall"
iii) Song 3: the artist gave me creative freedom to mix a new DA version, free from the stereo original
