I do: I start from what the record is trying to say, not from a target loudness.

The chain here is fully analog. That means every decision is made by ear on real
hardware rather than dialled in on a plugin, and it means the master keeps the
depth and movement that a mix can lose when it's flattened into shape. It also
means I only take on work I can give proper attention to.

EEvery job includes two revisions from the same mix, and the first master comes
back within three business days.
