My soulful, emotional, bluesy, R&B-rooted vocal style and sound has been compared to Michael McDonald, Paul Carrack, Bill Withers, Keb' Mo', Van Morrison, Joe Cocker, Marc Cohn, and Paul Young. I have a really good range that straddles the fence between baritone and tenor. I'm comfortable singing any rock or blue-eyed soul tune, but have sung just about every other style of music, too.
I have recorded lead and background vocals for the 5 albums I've released in my very functional home studio; using my versatile and dependable Blue and Gauge microphones.

Once I receive your order and listen to the rough mix you send me (mp3 is fine, but AIFF or WAV are good, too), along with lyric sheet, key, BPM, and instructions on any specifics relating to the vocal performance you're looking for, I'll write you back and hopefully let you know i have everything I need to get started.

Once I get a vocal recorded, I'll send you back a preview mix using the rough mix you sent me. I'll also include 2 WAV files of just my lead vocal (one dry and without effects and the other lightly processed) . If there's anything not to your liking, I will happily do 2 sets of revisions and if need be, a 3rd round.
