Because of how the music industry is set up these days a lot of us forget that music is a form of self expression, it has been like for thousands of years since the dawn of humans.

I also actively study music neuroscience and psychology, particularly emotion, perception, memory and inner expression, and I use that knowledge to better understand why certain sounds connect, why others don’t, and how an artist can become more recognizable without becoming predictable like the music industry incentivizes us too.
