Hello! I'm Justin Lewis, based in Lafayette, Louisiana. Thank you for your interest in my services. With over 30 years of studio experience and live performance in all styles, it would be my honor to help you take your songs to the next level and help you achieve musical success. If my name is on an album, you can bet that I put 1,000% of my effort into recording guitars and treat your music as if it were my own. My clients refer to my service as "the works". I have 18 amps ranging from sparkling clean to super heavy, and early 70's to modern tones. I am honored to be a GHS Strings endorsing artist. Experience: Approx. 30 years. I currently play guitar for several groups and artists who play rock, country, alternative, R&B, funk, blues, Cajun. I also earned a B.A. in music in 1998. I've recorded in some of the finest, state-of-the-art studios around and shared stages in some of the largest venues and festivals in world, including Wembley Arena, with numerous Grammy winning and platinum selling artists, such as: Kix Brooks, Hunter Hayes, T. Graham Brown, John Schneider, Jo-El Sonnier, Wayne Toups, Delbert McClinton, Sammy Kershaw, Justin Tocket (Anders Osborne, Radney Foster), and producer/engineer, Tony Daigle (B.B. King, Mark Knoffler, Sonny Landreth), who has won 6 Grammy's and 20 nominations. I still record sessions locally for Daigle, Tocket, and a few other regional engineers, producers, and artists.
1. When sending me songs to record, PLEASE leave a measure or two of open space at the beginning of your song with your preferred sample rate and resolution (44.1/24, etc.), and BPM to save a few minutes.
2. I will provide a maximum of TWO 45 second samples before an order is placed. 3. I will include also include a simultaneous, unaltered, dry direct line upon request.
