Killer Mapex Saturn drum kit, total of 10 microphones (1 SM57 on snare, 1 SM57s on hi hats, 2 Digital Reference cymbal overheads, Digital Reference mics on each of 4 toms, AKG D112 inside the kick drum for attack, and a Digital Reference at front of kick for bottom. Behringer Eurodesk SX2442FX mixer, four input Presonus Firebox PC interface, CuBase recording software. After discussing what my client wants, I will listen carefully to the song to get a good grasp of the feel and the best placement of fills. After recording, I meticulously go through my tracks ensuring precise adjustments to the tempo while keeping a good fit for the tracks I record. I can provide you with 4 separate tracks - Bass Drum, Snare, Toms, and Cymbals, or if you prefer, I will mix them.
What do you get? My recorded tracks to your song in 3 to 5 business days (depending on how many projects I am working on). My initial track(s), after which you get two revisions if you require.
I also write and record my own songs, some of which are available for sale on major online distributor's websites. And some are played on local radio stations.
