Professional session drummer. Very easy to work with, great communication throughout the project and adaptable. I can deliver custom drum tracks for Soul, R'n'B, Hip Hop, Funk, Rock, Jazz etc. Backed with a music degree and 15 years of experience; including live gigs and recording sessions, working with various artists and exploring different styles. I try to apply an open-minded approach towards every project in order to find the best feel and sound for every occasion.
- I use a Ludwig U.S.A. Club Date maple/poplar drum kit, Gretsch maple snare and various cymbals depending on the requirements.
- I am recording with Ableton audio interface through SSL preamp setup for optimal sound.
- Microphones I use for recording: Neumann TLM102 x2 overheads, AKG D112(reso/inside) + AKG D12VR bass microphone(outside) on kick drum and Shure SM57 on the snare drum and hi hat.
- I rely on understanding the project and what is needed including both preference and technical aspect to deliver superlative tracks
