Remote Session Drummer | Pro MIDI Drums for $150

Hi, my name is Mart Evans. I’ve been a drummer for 40 years now, and have been offering remote sessions for the last five. I specialise in live MIDI drum tracks for artists, bands, and producers who want the feel of a real drummer with the flexibility of MIDI.

My focus is on feel, space, and drive. That sits naturally in rock, pop-rock, indie, Americana, folk, and singer-songwriter material, and carries through into hard rock, prog, and the darker end of post-punk and gothic rock.

I’ve worked on sessions with artists such as Alex Catchings, Henry Louris, Celtic World Orchestra, Tim Renwick (Pink Floyd, Eric Clapton), Steve Donnelly (Sheryl Crow, Nick Lowe), Ruslan Sirota (Chick Corea, Josh Groban), Phil Keaggy, Iain Hornal (ELO, 10cc), and Mike Waldron (Martina McBride, Lee Ann Womack).

You’ll get the MIDI file to trigger your own samples, plus multitrack audio, delivered either mix-ready or completely raw. I’ll also provide percussion if needed. For audio, I work mainly with Superior Drummer 3 and its expansions, but I also have a curated library of drum VSTs, including GGD, Steven Slate, and many others.

One rate, everything included: the MIDI, multitrack audio, the Toontrack project file, and a stereo reference mix. Project rates are available. Delivery is within three days. If you’re up against a deadline, get in touch before ordering. There’s no rush fee. Revisions are unlimited and free.
