Remote Session Drummer | MIDI Drums/Programmed Drums for $125

Hi! My name is Mart Evans and I'm a remote session drummer originally from London but now working out of Philly. I specialise in recording live MIDI drum tracks for artists, bands, and producers who want the feel of a real drummer with the flexibility of MIDI. Every track is played live. No programming, no loops, no AI.

My job is to listen to what the music is telling me and shape a part that supports the song without getting in the way. That approach feels at home in rock, pop-rock, indie, Americana, folk, and singer-songwriter material, and carries through into hard rock, prog, and the darker end of post-punk and gothic rock.

Send me your track, a rough idea of what you’re after, and any reference tracks you have. I’ll listen and record a few takes to give you options. You’ll have something to hear within a day, and we’ll refine from there until the part sits right.

You’ll receive the raw MIDI file, plus multitrack audio if required, so you can use my kit sounds or your own samples. The audio can be sent out either mix-ready or completely untouched.

Delivery is within two days. Project rates and rush delivery are available upon request. I don't charge any extra for revisions.

For audio, I work mainly with Superior Drummer 3 and its many expansions, but also have a large curated library of drum VSTs such as GGD, Steven Slate, Addictive, and many others.
