Well-established Nashville bass player has play on over 13,500 recordings, according to the Nashville musicians’
Union. She played on George Benson’s 2019 album, “Walking to New Orleans.” She recently played on a record with Steve Gadd on drums, which was a real joy. Alison played on Blake Shelton’s first three albums, including the #1 songs “Austin” and “The Baby” and the huge hit “Ol’ Red.” Played on countless other recordings by artists Trace Adkins, Needtobreathe, Little Richard, Buddy Miller, Julie Miller, Olivia Newton-John, Faith Hill, Brooks and Dunn, Kid Rock, Marty Stuart, Phil Everly, Ronnie Milsap, Rodney Crowell, Felix Cavaliere, Steve Cropper, Kim Carnes, Ray Stevens, Elizabeth Cook, Eddie Floyd, William Bell, Don McLean, Chris LeDoux, B.J. Thomas, Jim Lauderdale, Jeffrey Steele, and Cliff Richard, among others.
All styles - including pop, rock, country, alternative, funk, and jazz. Great with fingers or pick. Electric solid body and hollow body basses. Alison has a degree in Music Theory and Arranging and is a very good music reader. She uses the current ProTools system.
