I've worked as a professional musician for over 10 years, touring the world both as an artist and a sideman, and working in high profile studios across the UK. I've picked up lots of mix knowledge along the way from top producers. As a result, I have good ears and good knowhow.
I mix primarily through Yamaha NS10s as well as various headphones. I reference on several hifi and stereo units. I work hard to create colourful mixes and prepare your tune for mastering.
I use Logic Pro X, a large collection of plugins from Plugin Alliance, Waves and Positive Grid. I also like to experiment with bits of outboard gear and guitar FX pedals.
Obviously due to my background I'm most comfortable working with guitar based music, but I'm happy working in most genres and will take the time to do what is right for your song.
