Vocal Tuning Editing Pitch Correction & Basic Time Alignment with Melodyne Studio for $150

The very direct pitch on why you should hire me to edit your Vocals:

I'm a professional musician like you, too! Trained with a music school degree that licensed me to teach music to school age children in NJ - which I happily did for ten years. So I have lots of patience!

When not teaching, I acquired lots of performance experience gigging different venues/vents in the area: DJing, singing, bass/guitar/drum/keyboard playing.

So I'm well-versed in many aspects of the world of music.

The pandemic hit and seems us musicians retreated into the music studio - and I've been here every since.

In that time, I've learned that the audio presentation of your music is just as important as the live performance of it; and that's where quality recording, mixing and mastering skillsets come in.

So...if you've captured/recorded your vocal tracks for your upcoming song/album/project, but dread the thought of having to edit, clean them up, pitch correct, time align, because you'd rather watch paint dry, then you're not alone.

Music production is fun! Putting loops/grooves/chords/lyrics together. Sign me up!

BUT...music (and video) editing is VERY boring and tedious work.

Luckily, I was born with the patience for that so that you don't have to; allowing you to focus on being creative to express, play and capture your music. And that's part of the value I bring: to save you the time and energy that you can devote to the rest of your music craft.

The technical stuff:

I use Melodyne Studio because it allows me to get surgical with Vocals so that they sound 'natural'.

Can the tech allow me to do the 'auto-tune' effect or hard-tuned perfect pitch centered vocals in Melodyne? Sure. But I'd rather not take your money if that's what you want.

I prefer pitch correcting vocals to see how they react harmonically with the instrumental track. Taste and artistry is as important (if not more) than 'perfection'. That's the other value I bring: my musicality.

So if that's what your'e seeking from your music (creative expression and artistry instead of perfection) then I'm your vocal editor.

$150 gets you the following:
- One vocal edited audio track (5 minutes max) with pitch correction and light timing alignment

Note: Truthfully, I will suggest you re-record vocal tracks with severe timing issues and audio distortion due to poor recording techniques rather than me trying to charge you more. You owe it to your music to get a good raw recording first.
