Music Production with 5 Live Instruments and 1 Vocal for $500

I've recorded albums in several pro studios, and have now built my own studio, where I recorded music that's appeared on more than 300 TV episodes on major networks, including NBC, CBS, Discovery, A&E, and MTV. I use professional instruments, microphones, outboard gear, and software. Please specify if you want the final mix mastered.

My primary instruments are guitar (acoustic and electric) and drums. Other instruments include bass, keyboards, lap steel, ukulele and banjo. I have written and recorded several hundred songs over the years. I release music as Sons of the Golden West and under my own name. The most recent Sons of the Golden West album was played on more than 50 radio stations, and made the chart at three of them.

My first single as Eric Butterfield was a semi-finalist in the 2017 International Songwriting Competition (unsigned category), as well as a semi-finalist in the 2018 Unsigned Only music contest.

My sound generally leans toward singer/songwriter, indie rock and Americana. I do mellow ballads, mid-tempo rock, and can get a little gritty (I don't do heavy metal screaming, however). I've written and recorded everything from sentimental solo guitar and small ensemble jazz to raucous percussion tribal thunder.

My basic song production includes five instruments and one vocal. Additional instruments include hand drums and percussion and hundreds of virtual instruments.

I am easy to work with and take direction well. I pride myself on delivering the highest quality music I can for my clients. I am collaborative, and want your song come to life. I have loads of music samples beyond what is in my online portfolio. Just ask.

If what you want is not a good match for my experience and skills, I won't waste your time. I have yet to have a client reject my creation as sub par, and have received nothing but top ratings for my recordings, songwriting, and communication.

Final mix can be delivered as a mastered 16-bit file, or as an unmastered 24-bit or 16-bit file. Delivery of stem files is available, for an extra fee.
