Audio engineering for $20
My main goal as an Audio Engineer. Is to facilitate Your vision, Your creativity and artistic touch.
With over 10 years of experience and some college studies for Audio Engineering, I have recorded multiple local bands at my semi-proffesional studio, Prolific Audio. I am proficient in many genres of music, including but not limited to: Folk, Metal, Punk Rock, Rap, and Rock.
I work within an acoustically treated mixing environment, using Presonus Eris E8's as monitor speakers, while mixing in headphones using an Audio Technica ATH-M50
Software's I'm currently working with are: Propellerhead's Reason 8, Reaper, Meldoyne, Izotopes' Ozone 7, and RX 6
Currently capable of mixing in 192 kHz, 24 bit.
In college I learned under Brian Rose, a prominent figure in the PDX recording scene for over 2 decades. On the final exam he asked I simple question, "what is the single most important piece of gear in the studio?" The answer was, "your ears".
