Some of my favorite songs growing up were powerful sad songs that evoked emotion from the listener. Today, this influence is noticeable in my music through the various stories I tell through my music.
Hello, my name is Ryan Wiseman, a singer/songwriter who primarily writes emo acoustic alternative music and loves to sing in other genres such as EDM and pop. As a vocalist, one of my primary goals is to convey the emotion and feel of the song.
Some of the vocalists that have influenced me are: Derek Sanders, Sam Tsui, Josh Ramsay, Cody Carson, Spencer Sotelo, Christina Grimmie, as well as many others.
My lyrical writing style has generally sadder themes. Some examples in the SoundCloud Playlist (which is linked on here) of songs I've written lyrics to are "Heartbreak", "Lego Hearts", and "My Way". I try to stick to a certain theme and write around it.
