This $250 Brand Sound includes one 15–30 second custom sound or jingle, WAV + MP3 delivery, and one consolidated revision round. It includes a non-exclusive commercial-use license for organic business and social use.
Need paid social, cutdowns, or an instrumental? Ask about the $450 Social Pack. Need a 60–120 second campaign track, broader advertising, stems, exclusivity, broadcast, sublicensing, resale, or ownership transfer? Those are custom-scope options starting at $750 and require a separate written quote.
Failure State retains the underlying master and composition. Standard work is not work-for-hire and does not include exclusivity, resale, sublicensing, stems, or master/publishing transfer.
Failure State uses an AI-assisted/generative workflow together with human selection, editing, production, engineering, and optional human performance. AI involvement is disclosed transparently. I do not imitate artists or clone voices.
