Oboe and English Horn Recording for any project for $125
I will record tracks on Oboe or English Horn. I use an excellent quality Warm Audio WA47 condenser mic to create high quality sound files which are easy to integrate with any project. If you would like some room sound or reverb added into the files just ask. If you're looking for a more gritty retro sound it's easy to pull out an SM-57 to change things up.
I generally output the files in WAV format but can provide in your choice of format. I generally provide two or three takes of each cut so that you can select. Most projects can be turned around quickly.
I've enjoyed a long and varied career as an oboist in Toronto, performing with groups both large and small, in repertoire ranging from classical, commercial and jazz to music newly composed.
I've performed with the National Ballet Orchestra in Toronto, the United States, Europe and across Canada, the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, the Canadian Opera Company Orchestra, the Esprit Orchestra, Toronto Operetta Theatre, and the Toronto Wind Quintet. In a parallel and complementary universe, I've been very active in commercial music, theatre and film recordings.
