Hello, I’m Mart Evans, an experienced remote session drummer who delivers organic MIDI drum tracks for artists and producers who want the flexibility of MIDI with a real drummer’s touch. I've been playing for almost 40 years and started remote work in 2021.

As a player, I love dynamics and space, and I consider myself very much a song drummer. While my roots are in rock, I’m versatile and comfortable across most genres. The one constant, no matter the style, is that I serve the song. Everything I do is played live with no shortcuts, then delivered in the format that works best for your session. My goal is to ensure that anything leaving my studio feels organic and, most importantly, musical.

I provide the MIDI file of the performance mapped to the VST of your choice. Audio can also be provided as a full multitrack set or a single stereo stem ready to drop straight into your mix. We have a virtual drum warehouse of libraries to pick from, including Superior Drummer 3, EZDrummer 3, GGD, Addictive Drums 2, and Steven Slate, among others. If you have a sound in your head, we can certainly find it.

Delivery of your final files will be within three days, but if you're up against a deadline, please let me know. I don't charge for revisions as long as the scope doesn't get away from us.
