Hello, I’m Martin Evans, a remote session drummer originally from the UK, now based in Philly. Across my career, I’ve recorded for artists such as Tim Renwick (Pink Floyd, Eric Clapton), Alex Catchings, Steve Donnelly (Sheryl Crow, Nick Lowe), and Henry Louris, played on productions by Ruslan Sirota (Grammy-winning producer and keyboardist) and Stephen Paul, and shared sessions with Phil Keaggy, Iain Hornal (Jeff Lynne's ELO, 10cc), Mike Waldron (Luke Combs), and others.

Rock and pop is home, playing the part that serves the song rather than smothering it. That sensibility carries out to Americana and indie, and through to hard rock, prog, and the darker post-punk and gothic end.

You get edited, comped MIDI plus multitrack audio, tempo-mapped and pulled from industry-standard and boutique libraries, so you can run with my kits or load your own. Turnaround is within two days, revisions included. Light hand percussion on request, and happy to quote custom rates for albums or multi-song work.
