Seasoned Versatile L.A. Bassist recorded at STAX Records, Steve Cropper of "Booker T & MGS" in charge of session in Memphis Tenn , using Duck Dunns Bass Gear he used on "Dock of the Bay" & other STAX hits. Toured with Johnny Daye, blue eyed Soul, STAX singer, who danced like James Brown, who recorded "What'll I Do for Satisfaction" later covered by Janet Jackson in the 90s. J. Daye was a protege of and toured with Otis Redding until the tragic plane crash Dec. 1967.

I came from the "Old School" Motown, STAX, Wrecking Crew days but am also into New School modern bass. I play just about any style.

Played live for, or shared the stage with, or did studio gigs or TV with Major Classic Artists including Motowns Marvelettes, Temptations, Staple Singers, Isaac Hayes, The Boxtops, Captain Daryl Dragon, ("Captain & Tennille") Don Preston, (Keys- Frank Zappa), Alice Cooper, Blue Cheer, Flash Cadillac, Expose', WAR and others. Appeared on the original American Bandstand studio in Philadelphia and the Upbeat Dance Show in Cleveland where Otis Redding did his last show.

Have done gigs with musicians and vocalists from various famous groups or artists.

Basses are 4 & 5 string and Fretless. Synth Keyboard Bass also available.

In the Final submission, I will give you 2 WAV files. A flat raw track to process as you wish, and a compressed processed wet track, both submitted at a few DB under Zero , 44, 48, 96 Khz 16 or 24 Bit as you prefer . (44.1 X 16 Bit if Not specified by You)
One additional Final Edit included.

$200 for up to a 4 minute song. Additional minutes @ $50 per minute.

I can also add any synth tracks of strings or other instruments.
Any additional production or instrument insertions depend on complexity in relation to the recording, to be determined and negotiated, but on average for Keys and Synth it's $60 per Track minimum.
