I will record warm, song-focused electric bass for your indie, pop, americana or neo-soul track for $75

I’m a Los Angeles-based working bassist and multi-instrumentalist offering warm, musical electric bass tracks that support the song.
My approach is song-first: solid pocket, intentional note choices, consistent tone and sensitivity to the vocal and arrangement. I’m especially comfortable with modern indie pop, alternative rock, pop-rock, Americana, country, soul/R&B, cumbia and regional Mexican music.

For $75, this service includes:
• One complete bass performance for one song up to 5 minutes
• Your choice of fingerstyle, pick or warm palm-muted/thumb articulation
• One clean, unprocessed mono DI WAV
• One processed mono WAV using an appropriate amp sound, EQ and compression
• One MP3 review mix with your track and my bass
• One reasonable revision
• Final files delivered at 24-bit/44.1 or 48 kHz
• Files exported from the beginning of the song for easy alignment
I record with a Fender P-Bass into Logic Pro and can provide anything from a clean, open rock tone to a warm, muted vintage-style sound.

My process:
1. I review your reference track, notes and musical direction.
2. I record a complete performance designed around the song.
3. I send an MP3 review mix for approval.
4. I complete one reasonable revision if needed.
5. I deliver the clean DI and processed bass files.

A revision can include changes to note choices, feel or specific sections within the original direction. A new key, tempo, arrangement or complete change of direction may require a custom offer.
If you have an unusual arrangement, a song longer than 5 minutes or a particularly fast deadline, please contact me before ordering.
