Killer bass lines that serve your song for $50

Bass has been my passion for over 25 years. I believe a great bass line does more than provide the foundation of a song. It brings movement, emotion, and character to the music. I love finding the right part that serves the song while adding something unique.

I've spent over 25 years playing in live and studio environments, performing for audiences of thousands and recording on officially released projects with Patrick Mayberry, Tim Timmons, Chris McClarney, Calvary Music, and Village Hymns.

My playing is rooted in groove and feel, but I naturally lean toward melodic bass lines. I love adding musicality without getting in the way of the song. I'm comfortable with rock, blues, R&B, soul, pop, country, and worship.

WHAT YOU'LL GET
For $50, I'll record bass for your song (up to 5 minutes) and provide 3 different takes when appropriate:
1. SIMPLE: A tasteful, pocket-focused bass line that locks in with the drums and supports the song.
2. MELODIC: A more expressive approach with melodic movement, tasteful fills, and creative ideas.
3. ADVENTUROUS: Something unexpected! Interesting rhythms, unique approaches, or ideas that might inspire something new.
Use one take or combine your favorite moments from all three. If you have a specific part in mind, I'm happy to follow your direction.

MY GEAR & STUDIO
I record in Logic Pro through a Universal Audio Volt 2.
Basses: Precision and Jazz Basses, Gretsch Broadkaster Hollowbody, and 5-string Jazz-style bass.
Tone Shaping: Cali76 Compressor, Aguilar Tone Hammer 1 & 2, HX Stomp, JHS Morning Glory, MXR Bass Synth, and Soundtoys plugins.

I'm not interested in just recording notes and sending you a file. I want to contribute something meaningful to your music. I love collaborating, exploring creative ideas, and finding those little moments that make a song special.
