Mixing & Mastering for $200

My name is Milky, and I am a graduate from Berklee College of Music. I am available to mix and master your songs

My goal in mixing is to make sure your lead vocal stands out strong so your fans can sing along to your song with ease, followed along with kick drum and snare drum and lead instrument as second priority. The order I will go by to craft your mix is:

Level

Panning

Equalization

Time-based effects

I have two 8" Yamaha HS8 Studio Monitors to ensure I'll be able to crisp every spectrum of the frequency scale of your songs.

Melodyne will be the very first thing I use to tweak your vocals so it is fine tuned to whatever key your song may be. Timing issues will be cleaned up if need be during this process.

Next I will start the leveling process where vocals are upfront, followed by the kick drum, snare drum, and lead instrument, whatever that lead may be. Rhythm track will follow next. Everything else will be sitting behind nicely. Panning tracks will also take place during this process

Next will be Equalizing your tracks. Every track will have two Equalizing (EQ) plugins. The first one is for cutting and noise, mud, buzz and other unpleasant sounds. The second EQ plugin will be for additive if need be such as if your vocals need a little more clarity to sit more on top clearly.

Compression is the next plugin to even out the levels of all your tracks. Compression and EQ will be flipped back and forth for reshaping levels.

Next are the time-based effects, reverbs and delays to add depth to your track. Other time based effects may be added if needed such as choruses, flangers.

And finally automation will be applied to add some dynamics to your mix. Depending on your genre will decide how much or if any automation will be needed. EDM , Dance and Pop songs use a good amount of automation while rock, indie, and country use little to none automation.

After all these steps are completed, I will use iZotope's Ozone to Master your tune so it can compete with any songs on any streaming service.
