Atmos is becoming increasingly popular with many major and indie labels remixing entire back catalogues as leading streaming services like Apple Music and Tidal support the format, with Spotify rumoured to be coming online soon. The format is available to a wide audience with the ability to playback Atmos mixes on headphones binaurally and also through many sound-bars, set-top boxes, TVs etc.
There is also strong rumours in the market that streaming services will require an Atmos mix before a track can be added to a playlist putting you a huge advantage if you have your releases mixed in Atmos.
