I'm a producer, mixing engineer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and studio owner with more than four decades of experience making records across rock, country, country rock, Americana, blues, folk, and adult contemporary.
My approach to mixing is musical first. I listen for the emotion and intent of the performance, then use the tools of modern recording to bring out what is already there — clarity, depth, impact, dynamics, and a cohesive sonic picture.
