1. Initial Consultation

Before any mixing work begins, I will gather information about your project to ensure the final result aligns with your creative vision. This includes discussing:

*The desired energy and impact of the mix.
*Whether you prefer a sound that is aggressive, polished, ambient, spacious, intimate, modern, vintage, or somewhere in between.
*Any specific sonic characteristics you want emphasized.

2. Reference Material

To establish a clear direction, I will request reference material that represents the sound you're aiming for. References may include:

*Songs
*Albums
*Artists or bands
*Producers
*Mix engineers
*Individual sounds or production elements

These references help create a shared understanding of your expectations and serve as a guide throughout the mixing process.

3. Session Review & Scope

Once the files are received, I will review the session and evaluate the project's requirements. While track counts are generally flexible, larger or more complex sessions may require additional fees depending on the amount of work involved.

4. Mixing Process

Your track will be mixed according to the agreed-upon creative direction and industry standards. Mixes will be delivered in the appropriate formats requested by the client or commonly expected within the industry.

5. Revisions

The service includes up to two revision rounds. Revision mixes will be provided specifically for feedback and approval purposes. These revisions allow adjustments to ensure the final mix meets your expectations.

6. Final Approval & Delivery

Revision mixes are considered review versions only. The final approved mix will not be delivered until payment has been received and verified. Once approved, the completed mix will be provided in the requested delivery formats.
