1. Initial Consultation

Before any mastering work begins, I will gather information about your project to ensure the final master aligns with your creative vision and release goals. This includes discussing:

*The overall emotion and message you want the song to convey.
*The desired loudness, energy, and impact.
*Whether you prefer a sound that is aggressive, polished, dynamic, modern, vintage, warm, transparent, or somewhere in between.
*Any specific sonic characteristics you want emphasized or preserved.

2. Reference Material

To establish a clear direction, I will request reference material that represents the sound you're aiming for. References may include:

*Songs
*Albums
*Artists or bands
*Producers
*Mastering engineers
*Individual sounds or production elements

These references help create a shared understanding of your expectations and serve as a guide throughout the mastering process.

3. Mix Review & Scope

Once your mix is received, I will review the file and evaluate its readiness for mastering. If any issues are identified that may negatively impact the final result, recommendations may be provided before mastering begins.

4. Mastering Process

Your track will be mastered according to the agreed-upon creative direction and industry standards. The mastering process may include:

*Tonal balancing
*EQ enhancement
*Dynamic control
*Loudness optimization
*Format preparation for distribution

The goal is to create a polished, competitive master that translates well across a wide range of playback systems.

5. Revisions

This service includes up to two revision rounds. Revision masters will be provided for feedback and adjustment purposes to ensure the final master meets your expectations.

Additional revisions beyond the included two rounds may be available for an additional fee.

6. Final Approval & Delivery

Revision masters are considered review versions only. The final approved master will not be delivered until payment has been received and verified.

Once approved, the completed master will be provided in the requested format or the format most commonly accepted by industry standards.
