📁 File Preparation Guidelines
1. Include the song's BPM and key if you know them.
2. Leave your master fader at 0 dB and remove any effects from the master bus before exporting.
3. Make sure your mix peaks between -6 dB and -3 dB and never goes above -3 dB. If needed, lower the individual track volumes instead of the master fader.
4. Do not apply normalization or dither when exporting.
5. Export a stereo WAV or AIFF file using your original project settings (typically 24-bit, 44.1 kHz or 48 kHz).
6. Optional: Send a reference song if there's a master sound you'd like me to aim for.
