30 years experience, brand new to Airgigs! I am a full-time professional bluegrass and country musician working out of my home studio in Nashville, TN. I am a co-leader of the critically acclaimed and award winning bluegrass band, High Fidelity. I have worked professionally on the Grand Ole Opry and played banjo and guitar on two seasons of the TV show, Ray Stevens' Nashville. I am a very detailed person and it is important to me to understand the intricacies of various styles on all the instruments that I play. Although I always first think of myself as an instrumentalist, singing is of utmost importance to me. I am the primary lead vocalist in the band that I'm apart of, and I do most of the arranging for the harmony parts in our quartets and trios, and one of my greatest joys is singing harmony vocals.

My gear includes a RCA 77dx microphone, 2 Neumann TLM 102 microphones, several other condenser and dynamic microphones, a Focusrite Scarlett 18i8, and ProTools Artist. Though it's not the fanciest gear, I strive for the appropriate mic placement to achieve the best tone possible for each given recording.

My normal recording process is to rehearse the material and then record multiple takes and create a final comp track. I deliver 1 track per instrument with 2 revisions/edits allowed per instrument per song.
