Mix and master engineer here with lifetime experience in the music industry. I started playing in bands when I was 13.
Me, along 2 other friends of mine were the pioneers of home studio recording and production in my country. Yes, we were kids with no money and urge to record our songs. So yeah we learned to do stuff by our self.
Today I'm a graduated audio engineer with gear, experience with various genres and the same urge to create, record and work with music.
I work generally in Cubase, but I know to tweak around Reaper and Pro Tools. I mostly work with Waves, Fab Filter plugins, yet my hardware of Alesis preamplifiers, SSL bus compressor, Pultec EQ, Maag Audio EQ4 500, Midas M32R digital mixer (I also use it as my audio interface)Trace Elliot bass amp, Randal V500 guitar amp as well as some of the Neural DSP guitar plugins.
I've worked with various artists and genres. Made beats for rap and trap artists. Composed RMB and Drum and Bass songs for clients. Recorded guitars and vocals for clients. Create and highly humanize midi drums for clients. Vocal edit, mixing and mastering from pop songs to metal and dub step.
