Nadav Amir-Himmel is an awarded composer, arranger, pianist, seaboard player, music director and music educator.

I received an international recognition after winning the first prize in the prestigious Dvorak Composition Competition in 2012. Since then I have earned prizes and scholarships, and my work has been commissioned and performed around the world by a variety of performers, ensembles and orchestras, including “The Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra”, “The Orquesta Sinfonica De Michoacan”, “Excelsis Percussion Quartet”, “Contempo Quartet”, and more. I received Bachelor degrees in Piano and in Composition, a Master degree in Composition and a diploma in Music Technology. I delivered lectures about my work in universities around the world.

I have composed and arranged classical, jazz, popular and Latin music for a variety of media - orchestras, groups and singers. As a pianist I have performed as a pop pianist in covers, in a jazz band, and also as a classical soloist.
