A Los Angeles native and graduate of the Frost School of Music at University of Miami, Sam has been playing piano and singing for fifteen years and teaching for five, with performances at the Arsht Center, GroundUP Music Festival, Okeechobee Music Festival, and WLRN Radio and also recieving the Maestro Award for Choir at the Heritage Festival and a Downbeat Award as a member of the UMiami JV1 Jazz Vocal Ensemble. He spent two years performing in New York, most notably with ÊMIA, which brought him to SoFar Sounds stages nationwide and the 2020 NAMM show in Anaheim, CA. Nowadays, Sam spends his time working with artists at his studio and performing at We Found New Music, Breaking Sound, Writers Block, and Saturdays At Seven.
