Randall is a cellist, composer, and chef/farmer residing in Central Texas. His sophomore album, Inside the Kingdom of Splendor and Madness, marks a definitive tone and style not found in his other endeavors, a departure from classical boundaries, and focus on experimental time/loop-based composition. An avid collaborator and performer, his music has made its way to international stages, radio programs, and film.

In addition to his solo works, he has performed as a founding member of KNEST (Jonathan Horne, Thor Harris), HORNE and HOLT (Jonathan Horne, Randall Holt), Reverend Glasseye, the Go! Organic Orchestra by Adam Rudolph, Yann Tiersen, and has performed as support for such groups as Thee Silver Mt. Zion Memorial Orchestra and Godspeed You! Black Emperor, among others both in the states and internationally.

Lately, Randall has been involved in a series of performances debuting new works by Mexican-American composer Nathan Felix.
