Original Lyrics from Experienced Singer-Songwriter for $95

Hi, I’m Abigail Bignell, and I’ve been writing and releasing original music for the past three years. I released my debut single, Little Car, in 2023 while studying Popular Music Performance as an undergraduate, and have since continued writing independently and collaborating remotely with musicians and producers from around the world. My own music tends to blend country, folk, and indie rock, but my collaborative songwriting has taken me into a range of genres, including pop, DnB, and musical theatre.

This package offers original lyrics without a vocal melody, giving you the freedom to create your own melody, phrasing, style, and delivery. I enjoy exploring different styles and approaches to songwriting, so no two songs I write are quite the same. Song structure, time signature, BPM, and other musical elements are all flexible, meaning I can tailor the lyrics to suit your ideas and preferences. Whether you already have a track, a rough structure, or just a few ideas to work from, I can take the lyrical writing off your hands and create something that fits naturally with your vision. You’ll have complete freedom to experiment with the melody and instrumentation yourself, while knowing the lyrics have been written with your project in mind.

If you’re looking for something outside the usual song format, I’m happy to accommodate that, too. Whether you need lyrics for a song under one minute, something longer than four minutes, or just a few lyrical sections for a largely instrumental piece, feel free to get in touch for a custom offer so we can work out what best suits your project.

A quick note on royalties: As I’ll be contributing original songwriting to your track, I ask for a publishing/composition royalty share starting at 10%. If there are multiple contributors and this would mean individual shares falling below 10%, I’m happy to discuss a fair split that works for everyone involved. If you’re not registered with a Performing Rights Organisation (PRO), I can register my agreed share of the composition and provide you with my details if you’d like to register your own share in the future.

Thanks for viewing my page, I look forward to writing with you!
