MINIMUM FEE is $250 for up to 3 hours.

($80 per additional hour)

I am a contemporary musician / musical producer whose primary instrument is the guitar.
I also play bass, and electronic music instruments including analog synths, drum machines and sequencers.

My equipment includes
Gibson Les Paul
Fender and Squire Stratocasters and Telecaster
Martin Acoustic
Ibanez Bass
Korg, Arturia and Novation analog and digital synths, sequencers and drum machines
various effects and looping pedals.
Analogue Tape and Digital (hardware & PC based) recording equipment.

I record and master in digital - but also specialise in cassette and 1/4 inch reel analogue tape - for lo-fi effects, warmth, vari speed, etc.

I have had over 30 years experience in the music industry - playing live in bands and solo, song writing and recording, composing music for theatre and independent film, and releasing solo recording projects.
I have won a number of awards for the best instrumental, including my seminal work DICKHEAD IN A G-STRING (2007).

My main influences include the classics such as Led Zeppelin, Jim Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Pink Floyd (David Gilmour), Dire Straits (Mark Knopfler), Yes, Genesis, King Crimson, Tangerine Dream - and most of their contemporaries.
I have also been influenced by the punk, new wave, and electronic music of the late 70s and early 80s; as well as the later indie / alternative, grunge of the 90s and beyond.
I also listen to many traditional forms of music.
All influence my work.
