I offer professional remote guitar session work for artists, producers, composers, and songwriters looking for tasteful, musical parts that serve the song.

I can record electric, acoustic, baritone acoustic, nylon-string guitar, and bass, with an emphasis on feel, texture, arrangement, and creating parts that fit naturally into your production.

I’ve been playing, writing, recording, and producing music for over 20 years, with a background spanning rock, indie, alternative, ambient, cinematic, experimental, jazz-influenced, singer-songwriter, and more atmospheric styles. I’m especially comfortable creating layered guitar arrangements, melodic hooks, ambient textures, rhythmic parts, and unusual sounds, not just standard rhythm guitar.

What’s included:
• Guitar parts for 1 song, up to approximately 5 minutes
• Up to 3 individual guitar layers/tracks as needed
• Multiple takes where necessary to get the performance right
• Editing and comping of my performances
• 2 rounds of reasonable revisions
• Clean, consolidated WAV stems delivered from the same starting point
• Dry/DI tracks available when applicable
• Amped/processed versions available as well

My process:
Send me your track along with any references, notes, chord charts, demos, or general direction you have. You can be very specific about the part you want, or simply tell me the feeling you’re after and let me create something.

I’ll listen to the arrangement as a whole and focus on what the song actually needs, whether that’s one simple part, a big layered arrangement, subtle texture, or something more experimental.

My goal is always to make the guitar feel like it belongs in the record rather than simply adding more notes.
