Hi, I'm Mark Chandler, a guitarist from Detroit, The Motor City. I have been touring consistently as a core member of The Native Howl, a band pioneering the genre, thrash grass. I've charted multiple times on the US Bluegrass Billboard charts with our unique mixture of thrash metal and bluegrass. Metal music is my heart, soul, and foundation musically and I've toured with bands like Clutch, Black Label Society and Zakk Sabbath (Zakk Wylde), Corrosion of Conformity, Gwar, Airbourne, Avatar, etc. My band competed and were crowned the winners in the television series, No Cover, with Alice Cooper as one of the judges, earning us a major record label deal with Sumerian Records.

My specialties are in electric guitars, acoustic guitars, and bass guitars. Tight rhythm and right hand attack is my bread and butter. Hard rock and metal are my focal points but I am well versed and capable of whatever the styles or genres might be, having worked with and recorded with artists all over the musical realm.
