Underwolfe will give your vocal some tender love and care.
If required he will manually pitch correct the vocal using Melodyne (im not a fan of autotune it sounds like crap and takes all the life out of the vocal, we want soul not zero soul... or do you? I can do that if you require but my taste is more geared towards correcting the vocal but retaining the humanity and feeling in it).
I will then time correct the vocal manually (not using vocalign this is cheating and again im not into cutting corners)
secondly, he will EQ it to reign in anything nasty in the way of harsh frequencies, then he will control the esses manually (more control and less of an overworked sound)
he will then compress the vocal first finding which compressor suits the vocal the best, then he will usually but not always add some analog tape saturation to give warmth and depth, he will also on request design the right reverb or delay for the vocal to fit the tempo of the song and to make it feel like it has some space.
