Hi I'm Ally, a session drummer with over 10 years of professional experience. I've performed live all over the world & recorded in top studios around the UK and Europe alongside established artists who span a vast array of genres.

Over the years, I have played and recorded for artists such as Murray Head, Tony O'Malley (10cc), Kokomo, Kaz Hawkins, Alan Darby (Eric Clapton, Bonnie Raitt), Harry Fausing Smith (Tom Misch, Lissie), Georgia Blackwell and many more. I have also had the honour of working with some legendary producers and engineers such as John Gallen, Alan Branch, John Porter, Fred Cox and Adam. P. Gorman.

I have been doing remote drum sessions for various artists and producers for the past 2 years from my own recording space, and now I want to do the same for you! I take pride in bringing my musicianship and not just my drumming skills to the table when I record, meaning that I always record drum parts that reflect the lyrics and emotions of the songs. Of course, I also want to make your music groove!

I am endorsed by Ludwig and record using their drums as well as an extensive collection of cymbals, meaning you're guaranteed to get a sound that fits your music.

The gear I use most commonly are the Audient interfaces (ID44 & ASP880) that have beautiful preamps and converters, providing a fantastic sound straight into the box and giving me 12 channels to work with. I also have a great collection of lovely microphones to suit all styles and sounds, including ribbons, dynamics and condensers.

I understand the importance of keeping to tight release schedules and meeting deadlines, so I always aim to provide a speedy turnaround and also offer 2 revisions in order to ensure that you are happy with the result. If you wish, I can I also add any other percussion parts such as shakers/tambourines for no extra fee. Discounts are available for multiple tracks.
