I've played drums in Los Angeles bands since the '90s: punk, rock, indie, funk and groove music. I play for your song, not over it.
HOW I RECORD
A real kit, miked '50s-pop style with a kick mic and an overhead. That gives a warm, tight, vintage sound. I can augment or replace hits with a MIDI kit for a modern punch. Or I can play the part as MIDI data only, so you can load any drum sounds you want.

CREDITS
Co-founder of the LA band The Alpine Camp: drums, keys, bass and production on the records. Drummer in the band Hacha, 1996 to 2006, on the albums Meet the Tinker, The Brown Album and Moorpark Street. Co-composed the score for the documentary "Our Name Spells Lesbian: The Story of SCWU" (2018).
