Live Drum Recording & Editing for $200

Drums are unique in the sense of the acoustic physical space they require to sound natural, convincing and impactful.
I will record real acoustic drums for your song in a studio environment, with a producer’s ear for groove, arrangement and tone.
I got an amazing Pearl drum kit and a tight session drummer at my disposal. I also have plenty of experience working with drummers and getting the right final drum sound. Feel free to checkout the uploaded examples.

This service is for artists and producers who want the energy of real drums instead of programmed drums or static loops. I can help your track feel more human, more alive and more connected to the emotional movement of the song.

Depending on the song, the drum part can be tight and modern, loose and vintage, minimal and intimate, or big and explosive. I’ll focus on what serves the music, we can also discuss the desired tone, sound, texture.
I run the mics through SPL preamp and for additional cost I can run them through my Revox reel to reel tape.
