I specialise in crafting the perfect part to complement your song, as well as fine-tuning my drum sound so it sits comfortably in your arrangement and mix.

In the studio, I focus on clean, consistent sound and groove, helping to minimize the need for additional editing and processing at the mix stage.

Before delivery, I'll send a sample mix including your guide demo so you can sign off on the take, or request any revisions to parts, sounds, processing etc.

Once the take has been approved, I include a fully-mixed stereo track of my drums, ready for you to drop into your DAW and continue working on your song right away.

I also include a multitrack of all channels used when it's time to mix.. I will usually print some of the more basic processing onto tracks (functional eq, light compression, noise gate on toms etc) to save the client or their mix engineer some spadework. But I can also send files completely dry if required.

I record the following channels as standard:
Kick In
SubKick
Snare Top
Snare Bottom
Rack Tom
Floor Tom
Overheads
Hihat
With the option to include an extra tom or room mic(s) if required.

I can offer either:
1) 1 revision of the initial take, or
2) Include an alternate take to be recorded in the same sitting. Take 1 will follow your guidelines and/or demo drum programming as closely as you like. In Take 2 I will follow my own tastes, creativity and ears to provide additional options for parts and fills in certain sections.
