I offer tailored bass work for all Blues, Roots & Country songs. 15yrs experience in professional touring and recording in the UK, Europe and the USA for international artists on the Blues scene, with festival performance s on the same bill as Joe Bonamassa, Ringo Starr, Jeff Beck, Walter Trout, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Vintage Trouble, Joey Landreth etc.

Side man for Laurence Jones (Multi- award winning UK Blues Artist), Sean Webster, Aynsley Lister and John Verity (Argent). With most recent remote recording for UK Americana queen Elles Bailey.

If you want the bass sound to be processed more by myself as a finished article I also have the following, that can be adjusted to find an appropriate polished / finished, ready for levelling in your mix and done.

- as well as LA2A and DBX 160A units.
- Studer Tape simulation.

Please mention this requirement if you want it, other wise you will receive a tube DI and an amp signal un processed for you to do as you will.


Process:

Send me a WAV or MP3 of your track minus any bass, and a description of what you are after. It is useful to have some reference material of other artist/s to illustrate vibe / style etc. but not compulsory.

I will create a bass track to suit the vibe and feel of the track. you will receive a straight DI track and one through the Ampeg, to use either or mix together as you wish. There will be no compression added, and the output will be at around -12db.

I will do 2 revisions for any amendments you might want. Any further work will require an adjustment of fee, which can be negotiated. I've put 5 days for turnaround, but this is a maximum for a completed track plus revisions, you will most often receive something within the first 24hrs.

I've tried to keep things simple for all involved, but if you need to have a chat about anything over phone or video, i'd love to do that! so don't be shy. please feel free to get in touch about anything at all to do with the project.
