Double Bass or Electric Bass tracks for $60

I am a professional Double Bass and Bass Guitarist. I have worked with a wide range of musicians and styles of music, including session work with many professional orchestras including the RLPO, LCMF Orchestra, The Spike Orchestra (Tzadik Records). I have toured the UK multiple times with my original projects and also in Japan and the USA. I am comfortable playing Jazz, classical music, contemporary music and the stuff that gets weird and wonderful.

I have a bachelors degree in performance from the Royal Northern College of Music.

My Double Bass is a beautiful French instrument from around 1880, in fanstastic condition. I have a selection of strings that I use, including Gut strings for a super classic sound.

For Bass Guitar recording I have a 2006 MIA Fender Jazz and a 1983 Fender Precision. I use an EA Audio Amplifier and Cab setup with a variety of different pedals including a nice Moog analog Phaser. When I record this setup I take a microphone signal and a DI signal to give you as much flexibility as possible.

I have a variety of top end microphones that I use, including a AKG 414c and Oktava Mk012. I also have a DPA specially designed for the instrument. These go into a Sound Devices Mixpre recorder, which is renowned for its clean sonding Kashmir Preamps, and I record into Reaper on a Macbook, with the Waves Suite of plugins.
