Custom Bass Double Bass/Upright Bass/Acoustic Bass or Electric Bass/Bass Guitar for your track for $85
I approach every single track considering how my playing can best service your music. In discussion with you I will write and record a bass part that not only fills out the bottom end of the track but also presents your music in the best possible light.
I play a 7/8ths Hungarian Double Bass with a big, warm natural tone. Strung with Evah Pirazzi strings I create a sound with a strong front to the note and a big body. I have the following mics on offer:
- 2x Austrian Audio OC818s
- 2x Advanced Audio CM12SEs
- Extinct Audio BM9A
- 2x Oktava MK-012s
I record using an SSL12 interface in to Pro Tools.
I predominantly play pizzicato but am also proficient with a bow.
If you are looking for electric bass I also play a Fender American Professional Precision V 5-string with La Bella Deep Talkin flatwound strings. I am equally comfortable playing finger style, with thumb or pick.
I offer two tracks with each revision for you to blend between your favourite sections of each take. Between revisions I will be happy to discuss any changes you might want made to the next take.
