I have a sound-treated studio space with GIK Acoustics and record with a Rode NT1-A.

These rates only apply to songs under 5 minutes. Longer duration songs are negotiable.

Background vocals cover up to 2 individual sections. Choruses with different lyrics or melody count do not count as the same individual section.

Cancellation Fee is 50% (unless it was my due diligence)

Revisions do not include re-recording more than 50% of the song (unless it was my mistake of course)
