I've spent 18+ years inside studios as a multi-instrumentalist, producer, and engineer, and I've mixed everything from full-band indie rock to sparse singer-songwriter recordings. My own catalog as a recording artist (Fur Trader, Minor Characters, Andrew Pelletier) means I can understand songs from the inside. I know how an arrangement breathes, where a vocal needs to sit, and when a mix should get out of the way and when it should push.
I work remotely with clients all over the world (including an ongoing remote production relationship with an artist in Switzerland called Seasonal Falls). I made an EP earlier this year in which the artist was featured on NPR All Songs considered (Small Shake). I'm fast, communicative, and honest.
