Mixing & Mastering Service Requirements

To deliver a high-quality mix and master, please send the following:

1. Stems (Required)

Export each track separately and label clearly.

Include:

Lead vocals
Background vocals (each part separated if possible)
Drums (kick, snare, hats, percussion separated or grouped cleanly)
Bass
Melodic instruments (keys, guitars, synths, pads, etc.)
Adlibs or vocal effects
Any FX or transitions used in the track

Important:

No clipping on individual tracks or master bus
No reverb or compression on the master bus
Leave headroom (peaks around -6dB preferred)

File format:

WAV preferred
24-bit or 32-bit float
Same sample rate as session (44.1k or 48k)
2. Reference Tracks (Strongly Recommended)

Send 1–3 reference songs that match the sound you want.

This helps guide:

Vocal tone and clarity
Low end balance
Overall vibe and loudness
Genre direction
3. Creative Notes

Tell me:

The emotion or mood of the song
Any specific vocal treatment you want (airy, dry, intimate, aggressive, etc.)
Anything you want emphasized or reduced
Any parts you are unsure about

The more specific, the better the result.

Clock starts when all files are received and organized correctly
Revisions
Includes 2 revision rounds
Revision requests should be clear and timestamped if possible (example: “0:45 vocals too loud”)
Major arrangement changes after delivery may require extra cost
