My universal techno masters usually look like this: -0,7dB True Peak and around -8 LUFS integrated. This is a loud master, still with some dynamic range and its also suitable for streaming because of the headroom.

For the best results, please make sure your premaster has:
- At least -6 dB of headroom
- The kick in mono
- Bass-heavy elements primarily in mono
